RCSI farewell to European HOPE Leaders

One of the basic objectives of HOPE, is to promote exchange of knowledge and expertise within the European Union and to provide training and experience for hospital and healthcare professionals in this European context, writes Caroline O’Regan.

As part of this initiative the Institute of Leadership (IoL) provided an innovative four day programme on Executive Systems Leadership. The programme culminated with the HOPE Agora Conference which took place in Dublin.   The main topic was “Organisational innovations in hospital and healthcare”   with the post conference reception hosted by Prof. Cathal Kelly at the Royal College of Surgeons, St. Stephens Green.
